Online Therapy in Florida

Trauma shows up in a lot of ways: anxiety that will not quiet down, relationships that feel confusing or unsafe, a nervous system stuck on overdrive, or the lingering effects of narcissistic abuse. The Trauma Recovery Collaborative provides specialized online therapy for adults and couples physically located in Florida who are working through trauma, attachment wounds, and the patterns that come with them.

What to Expect

Therapy begins with an assessment of your concerns, history, current circumstances, and goals. Your clinician will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan and decide which approaches are right for you. Sessions are provided online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Appointment availability, insurance participation, and private-pay options vary by clinician.

Therapy, Coaching, Groups, and Classes

Therapy includes clinical assessment and treatment of mental health symptoms and is available only when the client is physically located in Florida. Support groups, workshops, and educational classes are separate services and may be available more broadly, including internationally.
