High-Conflict Divorce & Separation Support Group

WHAT
Leaving, divorcing, or being recently divorced from a narcissistic partner can feel like living in a fog machine. This online support group is a safe, compassionate space where you can talk with people who truly get it, rebuild your sense of self, and learn practical tools for staying grounded through the legal and emotional rollercoaster.

Whether you’re still deciding what to do, actively separating, or wading through the aftermath, you’re welcome here. You do not have to do this alone.

WHEN
Hosted every Monday by Brenda Stephens. Our next two events are:
Monday, April 6th, 2026, 5:00–6:00 PM Pacific (8:00–9:00 PM Eastern)
