Shadow Work and Identity Repair

Reclamation: Shadow Work and Identity Repair After Narcissistic Abuse is a 6-week trauma-informed group for survivors ready to reclaim themselves after narcissistic abuse. Using Internal Family Systems and Shadow Work, the group focuses on healing the internalized critic, reconnecting with lost parts of self, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding identity.

6 Wednesdays, 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM –or– 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time

$40 per class

Insurance may be used if Brenda is in network and you are in California, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York, Vermont, Wyoming, or Florida.

This group is not crisis care and does not replace individual therapy. A brief intake form is required after registration.
