To the world, you may be one person, but to one person, you may be the world”(Author unknown). When facing daily challenges, it can be difficult to see that we are loved, maintain a positive mindset, be grateful, feel good about ourselves, smile, or have the motivation to do things that could negatively impact our daily functioning and relationships with others. I hope that through therapy, you will learn to overcome these obstacles, become the best version of yourself, and recognize how important you are in this world.
I use an integrative approach in my practice to best meet each client’s needs, which may include Strengths-Based, Client-Centered, Attachment/Trauma-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused. I will meet you where you are at!
Seeking help is the first step in your healing process, and what a brave thing to do! Please know you are not alone in this journey; I will be by your side to help you see the light through dark times and hold the hope that you do have the power to change and create a better life for yourself until you can do so on your own.
